For this design, as well as all of our other designs, we offer a choice of three different levels of inclusions for your new house.
These include:
Economy - As the name suggests, this set of inclusions includes a reduced range of fixtures and fittings.
Standard - This set of inclusions supplies the essentials for your new house: bathroom, kitchen & laundry with fixtures and fittings. Standard inclusions exclude things such as: light fittings, carpet, main floor tiling, driveway, fencing, turf etc.
Move-In - This set of inclusions is as the name suggests: COMPLETE turn key!
Which entails a FULLY turfed & fenced block (up to 700m2) driveway, carpet & tiling throughout, window coverings, flyscreens and much more. Everything you need to get your new home started with NO hidden costs!
